These Terms of Service apply to the bushanab.ae website and the enquiry and support communication channels operated by Bushanab Tech FZC, trading as Bushanab Tech. By using these channels, you agree to these terms. A separate signed proposal, statement of work, licence, support agreement or contract takes priority where it addresses the same subject.

Bushanab Tech FZC is a free zone company licensed by Sharjah Publishing City - Free Zone Authority under business licence 4431191.01. Our registered address is Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Website purpose
The website provides general information about our company, capabilities, projects, enquiry channels and support services. Website content is informational and does not by itself create a binding quotation, service commitment, partnership, warranty or professional advisory relationship.
Enquiries, proposals and contracts
Submitting an enquiry does not obligate either party to proceed. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, pricing, payment terms, timelines, ownership, support and acceptance requirements are confirmed only through an authorized written agreement. Estimates and indicative timelines may change after discovery or technical assessment.
Support communications
Bushanab Support is the official customer and technical support service operated by Bushanab Tech FZC. Email, website and WhatsApp may be used to acknowledge requests, seek clarification, provide status updates and coordinate service. Unless a separate service-level agreement applies, response and resolution times are targets rather than guarantees and depend on priority, impact, service scope, available information and third-party availability.
WhatsApp service
When you initiate a WhatsApp conversation, or provide optional consent for WhatsApp service messages, you authorize us to use that channel for the relevant enquiry or support request. Service-message consent does not include marketing consent. You may ask us to stop WhatsApp updates at any time. WhatsApp is provided by Meta and remains subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's applicable terms, policies, availability and technical limitations.
Acceptable use and security
You must not misuse the website or communication channels; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; interfere with service operation; or send unlawful, abusive or misleading content. Do not send passwords, one-time verification codes, payment-card information or other highly sensitive credentials through website forms, email or WhatsApp.
Information and evidence
You are responsible for ensuring that information, files and screenshots you provide are accurate, lawful and appropriately redacted. You must have authority to share information belonging to an organization or third party. We may decline, isolate or delete material that creates a security, privacy or legal risk.
Intellectual property
The website, brand elements, written content, visual design and related materials are owned by or licensed to Bushanab Tech FZC unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, adapted, distributed or commercially reused without written permission. Ownership and usage rights for client deliverables are governed by the applicable written agreement.
Third-party services
Our website and solutions may link to or integrate with services operated by third parties, including Meta, WhatsApp, Google and hosting or infrastructure providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change, suspend or discontinue independently of Bushanab Tech FZC.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep our website and communication channels available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, restrict, suspend or discontinue any public website feature or channel for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bushanab Tech FZC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, delays in public communication channels, third-party service interruption, or unauthorized use of information supplied by a visitor. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable law
These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah, subject to any mandatory legal requirements or dispute provisions contained in a separate written agreement.
